Hi

It's  now possible for different menu ansis to be displayed depending on
sec level.

For example

mainmenu.99.ans will be shown only to uses of sec level 99
mainmenu.ans will be shown to everyone else.

The motivation of this was to be able to display sysop commands to the
sysop, but you could also use it for more complex security levels /
access.
