There isn't a menu entry by default, you have to add one, and you
probably want to make the menu entry accessible only by the sysop.

Assuming you've set your self to some other security level, say 99, the
menu entry would look like this:

HOTKEY X
COMMAND BLOGWRITE
SECLEVEL 99

then on the menu you put it on, only people at seclevel 99 or higher can
press x to write a blog entry.
