Yes, you should run ilc-send.lua from your login-stanza.lua
(doscript("/path/to/ilc.lua") i think)

Yes the idea was to have one magichat server and many bbs connect to it (or gui
 client even). I don't have a magichat server running at present, so you can
run one yourself if you want.
