You would need to edit the mainmenu file in the menus folder, and add an
entry for the command, something like :

HOTKEY Z
COMMAND DOSCRIPT
DATA oneliners

then you would need to edit your ansi menu and add oneliners with the Z hotkey

the oneliners.lua should be placed in the scripts folder.
