I just added the ability to set a new user password to Magicka

This is a plain text password up to 32 characters.

To enable, add "New User Password = SOMESECRET" to the main section of bbs.ini

New users will then be prompted for the password before making an account, if
they get it wrong it disconnects.

The password IS case sensitive.
