Hi Andrew. Let me say Talisman is an awesome BBS so far. I am running it
under windows 7 32-bit and everything is working fine. Only issue I have is
trying to upgrade my account ant any other accounts.

i run toolbelt seclevel "my name" 255

nothing happens just goes back to the doss command prompt. If I try to look
in the users.sqlite3 file the security still shows 10

am I doing something wrong? I am running v0.8
