Hi

I hatched v0.9. 

This release adds the option to override the detected height and width of
a terminal.

There is also a few additional logging lines added to postie.

I'm a bit out of practice and using a new setup, so sorry if I messed
anything up.

There is no new v0.9 artwork, and the website hasn't been updated
(nothing new to add yet)
