Subj : Adding menu items

Hello,

  Whenever I attempt to add a new menu item that menu no longer loads.
I copy and pasted one (Feedback) from the main menu to the doors menu and
now the doors menu doesn't load. 

  Am I missing a step ie: compiling the menu file or something?
