Hehe you thought I was going to say it's out didn't you??

Nah, I'm going to aim to have v0.4 be the first public release anyone can
download. 

I decided on GNU GPLv3 for a license.

I'm not going to make my git repo public though, just release tarballs.
The reasoning is, I tend to make a lot of commits while testing, and it's
broken often. I may change my mind on this in the future.

Some new things already in 0.4

You can delete emails,
Emails included in QWK packets (conference 0)
You can now choose not to read new messages if the sysop has MSGREADNEW
instead of MAILSCAN at login.

Well that's all for now. I'm going to have a beer now.
