Heya Andrew,

I've recently switched over to MagiTerm from SyncTerm.  I'm loving Doublesize
mode.

A couple of requests if I may:

- Enable pasting when editing/adding an entry to the dialing directory.  

I use gnarly generated passwords and would love to be able to paste those in
there.  I even tracked down the %appdata%\Magicka\MagiTerm\dialdirectory.ini
file to see if I could just paste it there, but it seems passwords are stored
elsewhere.

- Add an "Are you sure?" prompt if you press DEL on the dialing directory.

- Pipe Dream:  A MacOS version...  ;)
