Hi

I just added lua scripting to the web side.. you can now see the
happyland oneliners on the happyland website :D

I've not added any example scripts, there is only one bbs command
available to web lua scripts so far, and that is to get the script data
path.

Given that web users may not be logged in, I couldn't just use the lua
functions available to the bbs.
