v0.13 now has a string sanity checking tool

in utils/string_sanity

execute ./sanity /path/to/magicka.strings /path/to/dist/magicka.strings

and it will check if your strings are sane. ie, make sure you have the
right amount and that each string has the correct format specifiers in
the correct order.
