I've started work on a new full screen editor that will support different
screen sizes, and not wrap text.

This editor will be built into magicka, so you will still be able to run
magiedit as an external editor if you want to.

This is a bit more complex, as it has to support displaying on the screen
(which will be wrapped to screen length, but saving will not.) I also
intend to support window size changes whilst editing text.

At the end I plan to remove magiedit from Magicka git and pop it in it's
own git repo, and then I can remove opendoors from the git repo too.

This is going to be slow going.
