Hey,

Al posted some issues with disconnects on certain messages.. the fix was
a bit tricky, and although it no longer crashes, i did some changes on
how long lines work.. i've tested locally but as I don't have all the
messages in the universe to test with, it might display something oddly.
Please let me know if it does.

Also, with this fix, what I've been working on with flags has been
merged. there is a tool called userflag which can be used to set and
remove flags from users.

there are two new keywords in menus REQFLAG and NOTFLAG which you can
have several of after each entry.. so you could have:

HOTKEY X
COMMAND SUBMENU
DATA doors
REQFLAG coolppl
NOTFLAG twits

this will only let coolppl and people without the twit flag use doors.


I will eventually add it to msg bases and filebases as well.
