OK, if magicka has the ability I'll start there.

I have run setcap on magicka and changed the port to 80. I'll stop there
until I have a cert ready for magicka to use.

This is an uneducated guess, but I think listening on both is good and
forwarding http to https is good practice?

I think I also need a certificate of some kind.. how do I get one?
