Hi

I just merged the new message linking code into master.

Hopefully it all works without a hitch. If you have any problems please
let me know.

There is also a "repairlinkage" tool in the utils/jamtools folder.. you
can build it with make, if you have a jam base with bad links, just run
this on the jam base. It will clear all the links and re link them. It
can take some time on large message bases, so best you switch off binkd
and your bbs while you process it (It locks the base for the duration).
