Hi

I've reworked the IPData stuff in magicka so it uses the plain BIN file
available from IP2Location rather than converting it to sqlite3 first.
It's much faster this way, and also removes the dependency on gmp.

This ipdata is currently only useful for scripting, ie the
login_stanza_ipdata.lua.

I've only tested this on linux..

Probably do a make clean before rebuilding next build. (Probably should
do that every time really..)
