Thanks for asking!  I have always been intrigued by computers.  I was a full-time police 
officer with a love of computers.  I could have made a ton of money working off-duty 
details.  I did do that but I wanted to spend more time at home to watch my kids grow 
up.  

After running a BBS with 4 phone lines, one of which was connected to an ISP, I was 
able to read the code of the websites and thus learned to code in HTML.

I started a web design and web hosting company as my second job and became quite 
successful.  I designed websites for over 200 companies, and when I finally retired from 
the force after 21 years, I grew the business even more.
