 Yes, it all ended as well as you could hope. Everyone walked away
 without harm, and the other driver didn't even have to file a claim.

 I have a 2018 BMW i3 charging in my driveway now.  :)

 When I did a kitchen remodel 2 years ago, we pulled up the flooring and
 opened the sheetrock on the kitchen wall facing the carport, and I
 realized I had a straight path to the circuit breaker box. I had my
 contractor pull wiring for an electric vehicle from the box to the
 carport outside, so all I need is to have someone install the breaker
 and the outlet. All of the tough work took about an hour with the floor
 pulled up.

 Now, all I need to do is get an electrician to call back. I can charge
 off of a standard 110v outlet, but it takes 12 hours.
