I wonder what they did to the salmon to make it so terrible.

Because, yeah, I've had a variety of alternative burgers, and some I like more than others.

I guess I don't have a whole lot of experience with salmon or turkey burgers, though.

Regardless, I imagine I wouldn't write off all of the non-cow-flesh burgers because of not liking one variety. Just seems like, "you smush stuff together, then cook it, then put it on a bun" means that the food science people have a lot they can work with.

And, heck, if people just want a ketchup-delivery vehicle (or the condiments of your choice, of course)...
