We often get Beyond and Incredible burgers, usually depending one which
one is on sale at Costco. We put real bacon on the burgers though.

For us, Incredible tastes a little better and feels slightly better
texture-wise, but it smells pretty funky while cooking. Beyond smells
much better while cooking, but ...

I often think about eating only vegetables, but it seems like it would be
more work :). Like, maybe not at first, because I like raw vegetables and
I could probably make it super easy for a bit... but I bet less than
a week into that, I get sick of them and need something more complex.
