Although I'm born there and thus a native bavarian, I also don't drink  
any beer at all :)
And I think the Oktoberfest stuff is really heavily overrated.
It is absolutely overpriced and far too many people gather there, get  
drunk, harass other people, get in fights, vomit etc.pp.

The last time I've been there was around 1998, I've worked for a  
radiologist and got invited from them. It was nice, but totally not my  
world :) Maybe back then it wasn't that excessive, but I don't know.

Probably, yes. I know some people who visit it more often, and they  
plan ahead to only visit one part of the exhibition per visit.

Oh yes. It's also almost always interesting to go back and notice the
