I'm late to the conversation, but same for me. It's the sort of thing that I want, but in the end, I don't see the point.

If I'm playing with random technology, why a new C64, when I could do something with one of the 8-bit fantasy machines, or play with the LORA networking things, or learn more about Godot, or any of the other neat things.

But for people who _do_ have a lot of nostalgia for the system, I'm glad there's a new thing out there, and that the Commodore brand name is getting some fresh new things.
