I never drank alcohol as a young person and was in my 40s when I tried my first beer. I liked it but never tried it again. I never smoked, anything. I tried CBD gummies for the first time last year for arthritis pain and have been a fan ever since. 1 gummy after dinner before bed gets me off to sleep with no pain in my hands and elbows most of the night. I wish I had known about this stuff many years back.
