Some people my age have grandkids.  ;)  They also may be divorced more than
once and have other problems I don't so I am ok with that.

I am glad to be well beyond highschool age also.  It wasn't great then, but
I cannot imagine being that age in our social media world of today.

There are usually better alternatives to that.  Sounds like you are working
with a therapist so that is a good start.  If you are working with a good
one, they should be able to help you find some coping skills you did not
realize you had.
