i am contantly exausted from the intensive partial hospitalisation program
(which is intensive therapy and medication management) its 9:15 - 14:00 of
intensive therap every week day xD. i have an abyss of turama (no worries i
wont dump) and guess what?


i finished PHP and now i am going into IOP
Intensive outpatient program XD


which is 9:15 - 13:00 xD of just therapy xD

i know it is alot but it is intensive

i found my people.... it is the denpas and menheras! <3
