I get that but why not run it yourself?  I have my lab in the basement of my house so its always cold year round.  You can always get a point to point connection with Ubuquity.  I'm sure I spelt that wrong but they go miles in the open and if you need to turn it up though many solid things. I use one to sync up my garage so I can have good Wifi in the back yard.  Having a plaster house not much gets in our out through that chicken wire.
