Nah - you don't have tons of equipment... you'd be surpised how much air a boxfan will move across/thru your equipment rack. That being said, there are server/homenet specific products [not a box fan] that will do the same... 

In your space that you described, I would put 8U worth of servers and other hardware... you'll be just fine IMO.
