See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taking_the_piss (sorry if I mistyped that), I meant it in the terms of the second meaning i.e. when referring to an individual/organisation who takes above and beyond what is though acceptable.

i.e. charging boutique beer prices for cheep beer is just not on.
