In the 1970's when I ordered a Hamburger at Burger Chef I learned they put
Mustard and Ketchup in their sandwiches, so I'd have to specify "Mustard Only!"
when ordering a 15 Cent burger there 

A brother was Manager at another Burger Chef said to me "Oh you want 'no k plus
o' " to me, so I began ordering what I wanted that way.
