I tend to mix ketchup and mustard for dipping fries most of the time. Unless they're cheese fries or something.

I'll do salsa on eggs, which is probably closely related.

Gravy is the way to go, apparantly! I not so long ago had poutine for the first time in my life. It had pork belly and a brown gravy that was amazing! Not sure I can eat fries and ketchup ever again.
