I can't get away from an RTE100 error...  Any ideas?  Even running locally,
after entering my name and security level it crashes with an RTE100.
Running EleBBS and I am copying buck%1.cfg to buck.cfg with the proper
directories in each buck(1-20).cfg file.  I've tried the standard buck.cfg
file with the local switch and no go.
