Oh, I hear you on that.  I got lucky and got a couple of summer jobs in IT to
get a **real** taste of the real world of programming.

Some of my professors did well to prepare me.  Like changing the requirements a
little every class.  They told us that's what it was like in the Real World
and, for the most part, they were right.

Other profs, though, really had no idea what things were like.
And none of my college classes prepared me for the office politics.
