I don't follow these things, but as far as I know, they support all the
services than matter, and then they have a plugin system so you can add more if
you feel like it.

At its core it was born as an anti-censorship tool, because it is designed for
you to follow  a guy over all the platforms he is active in, so if they ban him
from one, you will be able to hear from him using the same application.
