Sync also supports getting it over http.

I've thought about adding it to clrghouz - and if I did, it would only be over http. If there was a demand, I'd make time to do it - but if folks can only do it over ftp, then I'm unlikely to.

I could also make it available over zmodem - clrghouz already supports that for the EMSI mailers, so that might be an option too I guess...
