The sequential nature of LPs, limited run time, combined with a logical break into two parts, and a size large enough for liner notes made listening to vinyl what founded a love of music. Artists crafted albums with a rhythm and a flow intended to be listened to in its entirety.

That sounds like an intellectual breakdown of the quality of vinyl music.

What I really meant to say was that music never got any better than being a 13 year-old kid listening to Rush's "Moving Pictures" through a pair of KOSS headphones in my bedroom with the lights turned down, reading the liner in the dim light.
