I think we're talking about wildly different stores here. Insurance isn't
exactly retail.. No idea what you're doing... but I'm thinking here in Aus
would be Big W, K Mart, Target... more or less mixed reatail including
clothing, small appliances and assorted household stuff.

In my mind clothing would be the biggest headache.. ordering in advance,
hoping its popular... Shifting what you can and doing the best you can with
the rest...
