This is from personal experiance. #0( Canada and, by proximity, the US have been dealing with smoke off and on for a couple of months now. Most of the fires are in Canada (the prarie provinces, but also northern Ontario and Quebec) and, depending on the weather, some of that smoke has been making it at least as far south as Kentucky. We had a couple of days here were it was so bad you'd swear the fire could only be a couple of miles away tops. Other places, like New York City, had it much worse than us. There were some days where whole states in my area (Indiana, Illinois, Ohio) were under air quality alerts. I don't complain too much about it, though, because at least we are not the ones on fire. I feel for Canada. .... Spelling is a sober man's game --- MultiMail/DOS * Origin: possumso.fsxnet.nz * SSH:2122/telnet:24/ftelnet:80 (21:4/134) .
