I saw this opinion on twitter recently and was interesting reading the
comments of those for and against it.

Me personally, I think if there are safe ways of doing it, and keeping
the wreck from getting trashed, why not. There are people fasinated by
history and ship enthusiasts, people who might like to visit the resting
place of family. I say probably best to keep the interior off limits
though.

Of course I cant say why these particular people wanted to go, seems like
it was just a feather in their cap of life achievements.

yep. but this is always the way, news gets better ratings when its
relatable and can keep you hanging. both are tragic, and while i dont
care for the distribution of wealth in the world, both are people who
lost their lives tragically, had families etc.
