Have you seen the video of the fully automated McDonalds in ..  I think Austin Texas, it could be somewhere else in Texas .. there was a video and article on it on Hacker News *I think*.  Anyway, it's cool for the business owner for sure.  I am a bit sad for the ladies that had been serving me my egg mcmuffin for the 10 years I owned my business :/  But you're right, I'll absolutely have to try to buy a sweet tea at least!

haha that is how it always goes.  Having a retail background when people started saying how convenient self check out was, I just kept thinking (it sure is convenient for the retailers bottom line for sure ..)  I was ok with it and actually did find it convenient, until my family grew to 5.  At that time, the small self check out counters became evil.  haha!
