Software-as-a-Service needs to die in a fire for the most part. I don't mind
it when there's a legitimate reason why you'd expect a recurring cost (like
cloud storage, for instance), but 90% don't have a legitimate reason, and 50%
of the remaining 10% seem to have shoehorned that reason in (like implementing
cloud storage when it's completely unnecessary).
