This'd have to be my first message since December some time looking at the
message base.

Ahh the fun and joyous times of moving, trying to get some renovations done,
and trying to accommodate my Mother.  Moving really went pretty well, can't
much complain there although the fridge decided it was to much and gave up
the ghost.

Started looking for renovation action come early January, and we're still
waiting for a lot of stuff to begin.  Most seem to be on 6-8 weeks from order
to delivery, services or goods.  Ensuite reno for an older person. Replace
the garage door with a set of windows and turn half of it into an "office"
while the other half becomes an extra bedroom.  Even a shade sail over the
driveway apron.

Been waiting on some things to get other stuff done too.  Been wanting to
move the phone point, at present its buried in a bedroom which of course is
the one that my Mother has.  But until we get the garage door done, not much
point starting any of the partition work and without that no point getting a
sparky out to do the extra lights and power points out there, and move that
phone socket.

Been a lot of hurry up and wait...
