Just got invited from some friends to go to the Elmira Maple Syrup Festival, it'll be on April 1st this year.

We've been a couple of times before, it's always a good time, though it's been cold some years.  Nothing quite like trying to eat a huge turkey drumstick in a dinner tent while is slowly freezes in your hand.

Hoping this year it's a bit warmer.
