I used to joke that when I'd shoot street photography in sketchy
neighborhoods, I'd bring a Zenit. You could swing it on a strap if you
got in a fight, or not worry too much about replacing it if you lost it.

I did like those 58mm f/2 lenses - surprisingly sharp.

eBay is a good place to look for film, Freestyle photo isn't bad either.

I should offer up my film, as I don't think I'll be shooting much any
more. I've got a couple of tupperware containers in my mom's freezer,
mostly Fuji Superia 100, Fuji 100, some pharmacy branded 200 ISO, and
some Kodak Portra 400 taking up space.
