Pick up the "girdle" as I call it, and it will keep you tight. My surgeon told me to use it to keep the incision tight so it would heal, I used it for a couple of months! I only got the surgical hernia because I was stubborn at work and tried to push a transmission from in front of the loading dock.. You will be fine.. :)
