I can't remember where I first heard about these, but it was around the time when I started getting the gallbladder attacks about two years ago (then covid threw a monkey wrench into everything cancelling/delaying "elective" surgeries). So it might have been from the doctor or maybe my Mom who had her gallbladder out a few years ago.

The surgeon mentioned that I may have some "trouble" with fattier foods, and she is right, but nothing extreme.  The digestive enzymes seem to help in the department.
