I kinda get the feeling that this is going to be the same or similar when they do it this summer.  With trying to shrink the workforce naturally well have to see what they choose to do. At one point many people will feel its not worth it if you can find something else that is work from him and pays more.  Even if the benefits aren't as good.  

Any company that wants hard working talent right now can get it if they are willing to pay and head hunt.  I know a ton of people that are ready to jump ship.
