Well, in these cases, they are at least "greener" in the sense that they
are making more money and they get to work from remote, two things they'd
likely not get if they stayed.  :)

But I know what you mean.  I am at the point in my career where the other
pasture would have to be VERY GREEN for me to leave.  I anticipate that my
next move will be retirement.

Hope that works out.  Users, clients, etc., can be demanding, especially if
you do a good job.
