DO allows you to use the OS of your choosing but it takes some work...you have to build a droplet, power it down, put it in recovery mode, and then point to different install media. For most of my needs, this is not necessary. However I do have a 32 bit Windows 7 droplet which I basically built from scratch, and this is where I host all my DOS doors and things of that nature.
