In the early 90s, it seemed that many people who were using computers were people who were actually interested in computers and learning about them. It seemed that a bigger percentage of computer users back then understood the technical standpoint of computer things. Later, especially when the internet became popular, it seemed almost everyone had a computer and there were a lot more people who didn't really know much about computers but would use them for work, etc.. bo> Hmm, maybe.
